MORE INFO:
This coffee has been sourced from 4 farmers in the Antioquia region of Colombia, of which Medellín is the state capital city. Antioquia has medium and large farms which use fully washed processing. Drying is carried out with silos which use cisco (dry mill subproduct) or gas to achieve a balanced and clean cup.
This coffee is processed using a traditional fermentation for 18 hours followed by solar drying.
